Hotel Accommodations

We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Courtyard Cincinnati Covington for our wedding quests.  The hotel is very clean, recently remodeled, and has an indoor pool with hot tub.  Please use the links below to book your rooms or call 1.800.321.2211 and reference Reilman/Murry Wedding at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Covington to make reservations at the group rate.  Please make these reservations by February, 22nd 2013.

The shuttle service has been schedule to run from the Courtyard by Marriott to the Newport Aquarium from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm.  It will then run from 10:15 pm – 11:15 pm (reception ends at 10:30 pm) from the Newport Aquarium to the Keystone Bar and Grill  then to the Courtyard by Marriott.

Things to Do in the Area

• Newport on the Levee – For only $1.00 the Southbank Shuttle service will take you from the hotel to this vibrant area filled with shopping, dining and entertainment!
• Newport Aquarium – Our wedding is in the fabulous Riverside Room at the aquarium, but the rest of the aquarium is a really awesome experience and worth the visit, voted #1 by 10best.com!
• Hofbräuhaus Newport – One of our favorite restaurants in the world!  In fact, we have been to the one in Munich, Germany.  Enjoy authentic German food, beer brewed following the Bavarian Purity Laws and live music.  Be sure to try the Dunkel (Dark) Beer, one of Dan’s favorites!
• The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens – The second oldest zoo in the country, next to the Philadelphia Zoo and rated #2 by 10Best.com, behind the Columbus Zoo!  It is also a family favorite for the Reilman’s, whom have been zoo members for many years.
• Skyline Chili – Cincinnati is famous for this style of chili, it comes with spaghetti and a ton of cheddar cheese.   Try the 3-way to keep it simple or take it up a notch to the 5-way which adds onions and red beans!
• Graeter’s Ice Cream – French Pot style ice cream produced in small batches of 2 gallons or less, a Cincinnati favorite since 1870!  Try Black Raspberry Chip, our favorite flavor!
